Shipping policy

We will do our best to get you your order as quickly as possible, however we do recommend you give yourself plenty of time to receive your package before you actually need them. 

PLEASE ALLOW up to 3 business days for your Payment to be Processed (Monday - Friday) Excluding Federal Holidays and Weekends.

* When placing your order, PLEASE ENSURE that all of your information, including your name, shipping address, phone number, email address and the desired texture and length is correct before submitting your order. 

* Shipping and delivery updates will be sent via email/text once the order has shipped.

* DUE TO COVID-19, THERE MAY BE SHIPPING DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL SO WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS THAT MAY OCCUR WITHIN USPS NETWORK. PLEASE KEEP YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION OF YOUR PRODUCTS UNTILL YOU PHYSICALLY RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE, SO THAT YOU CAN KEEP TRACK OF IT.

* Orders placed on Holidays or on the weekends will begin processing the following business day

* Once payment is complete, your order cannot be cancelled, modified or exchanged.

* Please allow up to 7 business days for the shipping carrier USPS to deliver your order after your payment have been processed.

*All sales are made to order and non-refundable 

* No refunds permitted for refused/abandoned shipments

* Unsuccessful Deliveries: If your package is returned to our distribution facility because you were unavailable to receive or you failed to retrieved your package from USPS access point, there will be a $14 restock fee charged

* We are not responsible for any delays in delivery once an item has been accepted and scanned by the carrier. Any late deliveries are out of our control and refunds will not be issued while orders are marked "IN TRANSIT" by the carrier

* SIGNATURE Confirmation is REQUIRED on ALL ODERS upon delivery, if you decline we will not be responsible for the reimbursement for any lost package.

* PLEASE BE ADVISED DUE TO COVID-19 YOU MAY EXPERIENCED LONGER WAIT TIMES. DELAYS ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL ONCE THE PRODUCT LEAVES OUR DISTRIBUTION FACILITY.
